Hint: I do love seeing those “likes”.‘Tis the season once again, and the Elf on the Shelf is ready to do his duty. Apparently, Miss E was at first confused why I was lying in a basin full of cotton, but then her mum read my letter (because, you know, I can’t talk), and she is as excited about having me here as I am about “helping out” as much as I can. It was such a long and cold trip down here from the North Pole, so I decided to take a bubble bath in the basin. I’m so excited to have been chosen by Santa to spread holiday cheer to a special little girl this Christmas Season. Tinsel will be taking over My German Safari’s Instagram for this beautiful season of giving and kindness and general “hugs all around” and he hopes his shenanigans in our home will bring some laughter to yours. We are very excited to have Tinsel visiting us and hope that his reports back to Santa are favorable. She will also have the big job of putting him near the front door every night, so he is prepared to make the long trek up north to report on her behavior. For instance, Little Miss is allowed to touch and hold him at night before bedtime. In fact he is on of the special elves - of which there is only a handful - who don’t have to follow the standard rules. Tinsel isn’t like any of the other normal Santa helpers. Tinsel as arrived!!!! And what an entrance! Santa sent him all the way from the North Pole to help Little Miss through this major transition of moving countries. So take a look at these easy Elf on the Shelf ideas from Instagram and Pinterest that you and your kids will love this Christmas. While the first week of December will be a breeze, it can be a challenge keeping it up for the entire month. Plus, it gives families more genius Elf ideas because you have to get really creative.
